Tips in case of any operational disruptions

If you experience any disruptions in your account, or if something seems suspiciously wrong, it could be due to various reasons:

  1. It could be due to a temporary loss of internet connection

  2. That you have been logged out due to inactivity

  3. Your browser has a plugin program that affects it

Try the following actions:

  1. Refresh your browser window

  2. Log out of Rule and log back in

  3. Use the Chrome browser and try its incognito mode, which you can find under File>New incognito window

Then contact our service department via support@rule.se if the problems reoccur with a description and screenshots showing what you are experiencing.
