If you experience any disruptions in your account, or if something seems suspiciously wrong, it could be due to various reasons:
It could be due to a temporary loss of internet connection
That you have been logged out due to inactivity
Your browser has a plugin program that affects it
Try the following actions:
Refresh your browser window
Log out of Rule and log back in
Use the Chrome browser and try its incognito mode, which you can find under File>New incognito window
Then contact our service department via support@rule.se if the problems reoccur with a description and screenshots showing what you are experiencing.
