Using A/B testing is an excellent way to measure and evaluate your campaign work and thereby learn more about what attracts your customers.
It's easy to set up the settings via the email builder. There you create the content of the campaign, specify recipients and headline.
Please note
It is not possible to schedule the start of the mailings for version A and version B at different times. In other words, it is not possible to send the versions of the A/B test at different times.
This is how you create an A/B test
Create a campaign as usual, when you feel ready to send the mailing and want to start creating an A/B test, click on 'Statistics' as shown in the image below.
Click on 'Activate' in the A/B test box
Then click on option 'B' to make changes in that variant
Click on 'Sender, recipient and headline' if you want to make any changes there in your A/B test
If you want to add more variants, you can do so here
Once you have made changes to your different variants, it's time to schedule the mailing
Choose whether you want to 'Send now' or 'Schedule campaign' for any day and time.
Decide what percentage of recipients should be part of the test
Determine who will be the winner in the test
Choose how many hours the test will run for
Choose whether you want to automatically or manually send the winning version
Here you can add your own UTM tracking to the winning version of your A/B test
