Norce integration

With Norce integrated to Rule, you can collect order history, customer, product, and behavioral data, which gives you insights and opportunities for segmented, personalized, automated, and data-driven communication.

We will go through:

  1. Installation

  2. Usage

  3. Data fields sent to Rule

Installation

Create an API key in Rule by clicking on 'Developer' > Create a new API key > Name the API key > Copy the API key to use in Norce

  1. Log into your Norce store

  2. Then click on 'News Management' in the menu on the left side, then 'Newsletters'

  3. Once you are in Newsletter - Integration, you can then choose Rule in the dropdown menu

  4. Paste the API key you just created in Rule, in the 'API Key' box and click 'Save'

Note
In order for you to see your customers' orders in Rule, you must contact Norce who will connect this using the API key

When you are done with your settings, do a test run to Rule for all your flows, then you will be able to see in your Rule account what data you are receiving and to which tag.
