Status & Error Messages

At the bottom of the integration page, the current synchronization status is displayed.

Last successful sync

Shows when the most recent order was sent to Rule.

Last error

Shows the latest error that occurred during synchronization, including the time of the error.

Order has no email or parseable phone; skipping sync

The customer is missing both a valid email address and phone number. At least one identifier is required to synchronize the customer with Rule.

Invalid API key

The specified API key is invalid or has been revoked. Verify the API key and test the connection again.

If Last successful sync has not been updated for a long time while Last error continues to display recurring errors, we recommend reviewing the integration.

Disable the Integration

If you want to pause the synchronization, disable the Enable sync to Rule setting and save the changes. The API key will remain stored and the integration can be re-enabled when needed.
