Move a classic Template to the New Editor

Do you have content in a classic template that you want to continue using in the new campaign editor? Then you can easily recreate the blocks as sections and save them for future use.

Since classic templates and the new campaign editor are built differently, it is not possible to automatically transfer blocks between them. However, by recreating the content as a section, you get a flexible solution that can be used again and again in both campaigns and automations.

In the video below, we show how to recreate a footer block from a classic template and save it as a section in the new campaign editor.

Tips: Watch the video with CC in English.

By saving recurring content as sections, you avoid having to rebuild the same elements over and over again when creating new email campaigns.

Once the sections have been saved, they can easily be added to new campaigns and automations directly from the saved sections library.

Campaign editor

With the new Campaign Editor, you have greater flexibility to adjust margins and spacing between sections, allowing you to create exactly the layout you want.

For tips and inspiration on how to use these settings, we also have a guide with an accompanying video that showcases different possibilities for spacing and layout in the new Campaign Editor.

Save multiple sections as a Group

If you frequently use several sections together, you can also save them as a Group.

By creating a group containing, for example, a header, a product block, and a footer, it becomes easier to find the right content and faster to build new email campaigns with a consistent structure.
