CC Automation is an add-on service that enables you to configure an automation that is sent to a predefined email address whenever your account receives a request containing Subscriber data.

This allows you to send either an identical copy of the email containing the Subscriber's data, for example, an order confirmation or a customized email with relevant information to a predefined internal email address when specific events occur.

One example is sending an email containing a customer's order details to your support team whenever a customer places an order.

In other words, every time your customers receive their order confirmations, your internal team can receive a corresponding notification as well.

This simplifies support workflows, order management, returns processing, and more.

The possibilities for using this type of automation are virtually unlimited. You can customize exactly what information is sent to your internal email address and specify which events should trigger the notification.
