Installation
When setting up your Hello Retail account, you will receive assistance in creating 3 campaigns.
Recommendations for you: Show a personalized selection, relevant to previous behavior and purchases on the website.
New arrivals: The latest products in the store, with a layer of personalization. Shows products from either the brand or category that the customer has previously shown interest in. And once that is covered, we show the most popular products within new arrivals.
Recommended offers: Discounts are always a big motivator, and the best discounts are personalized. We show the products and categories that the customer has shown interest in first, and then show the most popular products that are offered.

Setup in Rule
To connect Hello Retail's product recommendation with Rules segmentation and communication capabilities, we need a campaign ID. This is created in Hello Retail together with recommendation rules and number of products.
Send an email to support@rule.se with your account name and we will add a Hello Retail block to your template.

When you are done with your settings, make a test call to Rule for all your flows, then you will be able to see in your Rule account which data you are receiving and to which tag.
