RCS (Rich Communication Services) is the next generation of mobile messaging, combining the simplicity of SMS with interactivity and visual elements.
With RCS, you can create more engaging campaigns using images, text, buttons – and now even image carousels with up to 10 cards.
If a recipient can’t receive RCS, a fallback SMS is automatically sent (if enabled), ensuring that no one misses your message.
Why use RCS?
More visual: Up to 10 images, headlines, and descriptions
Interactive: Buttons to open links, call, or trigger other actions
Flexible: Support for single cards or carousels
Reachable: Fallback SMS ensures delivery even when RCS isn’t supported

Summary & Costs
In the summary, you’ll see the number of messages, the cost per RCS, and the estimated total cost.
You only pay for delivered RCS messages.
Fallback SMS
A fallback SMS ensures that if the recipient’s device or carrier doesn’t support RCS, a regular SMS is sent instead.
In the campaign settings, you can choose whether to enable fallback SMS.
If fallback SMS is not enabled, your message will only be sent to recipients who can receive RCS messages.
This allows you to ensure that members who can’t receive RCS messages still get a version of your campaign — so no one misses your message.
It’s important to note that each fallback SMS is charged according to the recipient’s SMS rate, depending on the region.
