Purpose of RCS Analytics:
RCS Analytics gives you a complete view of how your RCS campaigns perform. It helps you track delivery, engagement, and understand how much of your communication actually went through the RCS channel.
What You See in RCS Analytics
When opening RCS Analytics, you’ll find the following metrics:
Total sent messages – The total number of messages sent in the campaign.
Delivered – The number of messages that reached the recipient, regardless of channel.
Displayed – How many recipients opened the message.
Clicked – If your campaign contains links, this shows how many recipients clicked them.
Bounce Statistics
You can also track message bounces:
Total bounce – All messages that could not be delivered.
Soft bounce – Temporary errors, such as an unavailable device.
Hard bounce – Permanent errors, such as an invalid number or unsupported RCS capability.
RCS vs Fallback SMS
RCS Analytics also shows how delivery was split between RCS and fallback SMS.
Total delivered = All messages that reached the recipient, regardless of channel.
RCS = The share of delivered messages successfully sent as RCS.
Fallback SMS = The share of delivered messages sent as SMS instead, for example if the recipient’s device does not support RCS.
This breakdown helps you understand how much of your communication actually used the RCS channel.
Unsubscribe Rate
Here you can see how many recipients unsubscribed from RCS communication. This helps you monitor engagement and audience preferences.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why don’t I see RCS data for older campaigns?
Statistics before 2025-11-17 are not available in RCS Analytics.
Why is my fallback percentage high?
Fallback occurs if a recipient’s device doesn’t support RCS. A high fallback rate may indicate that many recipients lack RCS-compatible devices.
How quickly is the data updated?
All metrics update continuously, though some values may have a short delay.
