Incoming SMS

The first thing you need to do is order a keyword for incoming SMS. You can order it through support@rule.se.

Once you have ordered a keyword and it has been set up, follow the steps below to set up a structure for incoming SMS.

Go to settings:

Scroll down until you reach the 'Text message' view

  1. Click on 'Select tags' to choose which tag the customer's message should be linked to.

  2. Click on 'Select fields' or 'Add email' to determine which custom fields the customer should be linked to.

  3. Choose whether you want to 'Trigger automations always'
