To export subscribers from a tag or a segment, it may be necessary to do so for different purposes. For example, for reporting and analysis or updating subscriber information.

You can choose to export all subscribers, or only active or blocked ones.

1. Click on "Subscribers"
2. Then go to "Tags" or "Segments" depending on what list you want to export

Then choose which tag or segment you want to export

1. Then click on "Actions" in the top right corner
2. Then click on "Export to XLS"

1. Here you can choose whether you want to retrieve all subscribers, only active subscribers, or only blocked subscribers
2. After that, click on "Export"
