What are Webhooks?


Webhooks are used to automate communication between applications over the Internet. By listening to events on your Rule account, you can automate flows in your other systems.


Webhooks in Rule


We can trigger webhooks on the following events in Rule:


  1. Transactions
  2. Campaigns
  3. Subscribers
  4. Imports
  5. Preferences


Setting up Webhooks can be complicated. We recommend that you have some development knowledge or resources to be able to install and receive Webhooks correctly.

Set up Webhooks in Rule


  1. Click on the dropdown menu
  2. Then go to 'Settings'



  1. Click on 'Developer'
  2. Here you will find where to set up 'Webhooks'
