DKIM and DMARC
Here is a guide on how to set up DKIM and DMARC for your deliverability.
You make the settings below with your domain name provider. If you send email campaigns/newsletters from multiple domains, follow these steps for each domain.
If you are unsure how to set it up with your specific domain name provider, contact them for guidance.
Note From February 1st, 2024, these settings must be in place for your campaigns to reach Gmail and Yahoo.
Set sender settings
When you enter your sender settings, the information will automatically be used in your footer and sender settings.
- Click on 'Settings'
- Here you enter Sender Name, Sender, Company Name, Phone Number, Street, Postal Code, City, and Organization Number.
Set up Google Analytics
We have a guide you can read about how to do it step by step here!
Activate the SMS function
The SMS function in Rule has almost endless uses. With mobile campaigns, you get closer to your customers and get an unbeatable open rate on your newsletters. The advantage is also that you reach the customer before their visit to the store or arena and the message can also contain a product experience before they visit you physically or digitally.
The cost for registration is a one-time fee of 1,400 SEK and is activated through our service department. Describe your issue to us at support@rule.se and we will quickly help you get started with SMS campaigns. Activating the SMS function is done by Rule's support team. More about SMS can be found here.
Register payment card
- Click on the 'Arrow'
- Then on 'Settings'
Then on 'Payment'
Here you can fill in your card details.
You can also 'Invoice', after approval from Rule!
For those with an existing account in Rule Note that you must have Super Admin permission to access this setting.
- For new customers: Registering as a customer by providing a payment card is a convenient way to have flexibility in your Rule usage. You can seamlessly register as a new customer to get started quickly. As a card customer, you can also switch subscription plans and add or remove new users as needed.
- For invoice customers: The option to register a payment card also applies to invoice customers, provided that you have been approved by Rule Communication.
