Send email when an order is x days old
Start by clicking your way in to so that we can change the "Trigger" type to "Relative date"
- Click on "Relative date"
- Choose custom field "Date"
- Click save
Then all you have to do is fill in after how many days you want it to be sent out, and make sure to check that the email is also "Active"
