How can I see if a subscriber has received a campaign?
You can find the statistics in two ways, in campaign statistics or by going to the subscriber's subscriber card and viewing their activity.
To investigate a specific customer/subscriber's campaign history, do the following:
- Go to Subscribers
- Use the Search field to find the relevant email address.
- Click on the subscriber and view the Activity in the subscriber card. This will show the times for campaigns that have been sent, received, clicked on, etc.
