Tips in case of any operational disruptions

If you experience any disruptions in your account or suspect any errors, it could be due to various reasons:

  1. It could be due to a temporary loss of internet connection
  2. You have been logged out due to inactivity
  3. Your browser has a plugin that affects it

Please try the following steps:

  1. Refresh your browser window
  2. Log out of Rule and log back in
  3. Use the Chrome browser and try its incognito mode, which you can find under File>New Incognito Window
  4. Then contact our service department via if the problems reoccur with a description and screenshots of what you are experiencing.
