What file formats are accepted in Rule?
- Accepted file formats for importing subscribers are: XLS and CSV
- File formats for graphics that can be used in campaigns are: JPG, PNG, GIF.
Email format does not support video playback. Our tip is to link the video. You can then insert the first image from the video in the email, with a link to the video on platforms such as Youtube. Read more about handling video in newsletters on our blog.
