In this guide, we will go through how you can update subscriber data for existing customers.

Before you begin:

• If you do not have an updated list of your subscribers, you can export a new list from both tags or segments.You can read how to do that here!

Re-import the subscribers

To add a new custom field to your customers, you re-import the customer list to the same tag. And in step three during the import, you can add new custom fields.

1. Upload the file with subscribers
2. Next step

1. Choose tag/tags
2. Next step

Add new subscriber data

1. Choose from the dropdown menu which group/data you would like to update your subscribers with
2. Enter the information/value that the subscribers should have on their subscriber card
3. Complete the import

Check that the subscribers were updated

1. Search for a subscriber that was included in the list
2. Go to the correct custom field and make sure that the updated subscriber data is correct
