Reactivate a customer
The recipient can reactivate themselves
If a recipient has chosen to unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link in an email they have received, they can reactivate themselves by searching for an email they have received from you and clicking on the unsubscribe link again. Then they will be presented with the option to reactivate themselves through the button "resubscribe" or "reactivate".
Email support
You can also email support@rule.se and ask us to reactivate the subscriber, or ask us to give you access to the permission "reactivate" so that you can search for the subscriber in the app and reactivate their address directly.
