Sender information does not match, what has happened?

Sender information and email for sender are automatically retrieved to the email builder from what has been specified under 'Settings'. One can either adjust the sender information manually for a single campaign or change the sender settings under "Settings" for future campaigns.


  1. Click on the arrow to bring down the dropdown menu
  2. Then go to 'Settings'



Then you can set your sender settings



If you for example have a subsidiary or multiple brands that require their own senders, or if you want to differentiate subscribers, users, templates, etc. Please contact support@rule.se to add subaccounts.
