This guide will walk you through the AI tools in the Rule platform and how you can use them.

Brand Style

When you create an account in Rule, your logo, color scheme, and links are automatically fetched from your website to generate a Brand Style. 

This can be applied to your emails directly, without the need to manually add all the elements.

You can, of course, fine-tune this information afterward and add multiple Brand Styles if you like.

AI-Text

When editing text, you can use the AI button to access text-editing options powered by AI:

Improve writing

This tool analyzes the text and rewrites it for better clarity and flow.

Shorten

If the text feels too long, use this tool to condense it.

Longer

If the text feels too short, this tool can expand it.

Adjust tone

This feature allows you to adjust the tone of the text, such as making it more professional or more casual.

Fix grammar

This function checks for spelling or grammatical errors and corrects them.

Translate to

If you want to translate the text into another language, you can use this feature to avoid manual translation.

Alt-Text

To improve deliverability and readability for your campaigns, you can add alt text to your images.

Using our AI tool, you can automatically generate text based on the content of the image.
