We are a platform that receives data; you cannot manipulate it within your Rule account. If you find discrepancies in how data is coming in, you should contact the external system.
Settings for Deliverability
To ensure your messages reach recipients' inboxes, it's crucial to have the right settings for deliverability. Our platform offers advanced tools to monitor and optimize deliverability, including managing bounces, unsubscribes, and spam filters.
How to do this?
At your domain provider, such as Loopia or one.com, you need to add various records to verify that you have permission to send emails from Rule. If you're unable to do this yourself, please contact your domain provider for assistance.

Import subscribers
To start creating and sending campaigns, you first need some recipients. Therefore, you begin by uploading your subscribers. With Rule, you can import all your existing subscribers. To import your subscribers, you'll need your customers' basic information, such as names and email addresses. If you don't already have a ready file, we recommend creating one in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and saving it as a CSV or XLS file.
