New Subscriber View – Improved Activity Log & Notes Feature
We have released a new version of the subscriber page with a more comprehensive activity log and the ability to add notes. These improvements make it easier to analyze and manage interactions for each subscriber.
New and Improved Activity Log
The new activity log now consolidates all types of events in one place, providing a clearer overview of each subscriber’s activity.
What events are included?
- Campaign & A/B test (Email)
- Campaign (SMS)
- Journey (Email & SMS)
- Automation (Email & SMS)
- Transactional messages
- External platforms
New Features in the Activity Log
- Notes – Ability to write and save specific information or comments linked to a subscriber.
- Date Selector – Flexible date selector to retrieve data for specific time periods.
- Filtering Options – Smart filters to quickly find relevant information:
- Main filters: All events, Sending logs, External platforms
- Detailed filters:
- Sending logs: Campaign, Automation, Transactional, Journey (A/B test is currently hidden)
- Actions: Opened, Browser, Received, Unsubscribed, Soft bounce, Hard bounce, Manual unsubscribe, Manual resubscribe
- Channel: Email, SMS
- External platforms: Google, Meta, TikTok

Faster and More Efficient Segmentation
We are excited to announce a significant improvement to our segmentation tool! Segmenting and calculating recipients has now become significantly faster, providing you with a smoother experience when working with your member segments. Here’s what’s new:
Faster Segment Building: When creating complex segments, you will now notice a significant improvement in speed. Handling large data sets and complex rules is now faster than ever.
More Efficient Audience Calculation: When it’s time to calculate which members should receive your campaigns, automations, SMS, or journeys, this now happens in less time. This means you can act on your data more quickly and precisely.

Enhancements to the Analytics View
Unique and Total Opens and Clicks on the Analytics Page
We have added a toggle feature to enhance the user experience and provide better insights. With this functionality, you can now easily switch between displaying unique and total opens and clicks.
By default, we show unique opens and clicks in the overview view for email campaigns as well as on the statistics page.
This ensures that the statistics are consistent and easy to interpret when you quickly want to get an overview of your email marketing. If you wish to see more detailed data, you can still choose to view total opens and clicks within the Analytics page.
Unique Opens: Shows the number of individual recipients who have opened a delivered email at least once.
Total Opens: Shows the total number of times a delivered email has been opened, including multiple opens by the same recipient.
Unique Clicks: Shows the number of individual recipients who have clicked on a link in your delivered email at least once.
Total Clicks: Shows the total number of clicks your delivered email has received, including multiple clicks by the same recipient.
How It Works
- Go to the Analytics Page: You can find it in the left menu.
- Use the Toggle: Use the toggle to switch between unique and total opens and clicks. This gives you a more flexible view of your statistics and helps you better understand recipient engagement with your email campaigns.
